Days of Grunwald Festival
Every year between 15-17 July on the battlefield of Grunwald (approximately 38 km from Pluski) takes place the mass re-enactment of the battle of 15-th July 1410. The joint force of Poles and Lithuanians combined here to smash the power of the Teutonic order in this part of Europe forever. The programme of Days of Grunwald Festival contains, among many other attractions, arrival to the fields of Grunwald of the King Władysław Jagiełło and the Grand Master Ulryk von Jungingen together with heavy cavalry regiments, medieval fête , fair in a craftsman settlement, knight’s tournaments and Fire Festival.
